A Jump-Start on Listening and Spoken Language in the Classroom - Part 1

This workshop will highlight the importance and foundations of maximizing listening and spoken language in the educational setting. Participants will learn how to create appropriate access for students through positive listening environments, properly working equipment, and successful communication. Through interactive videos, demos, and group discussions, participants will gain a better understanding about why listening skills are so crucial for literacy and communication, and how to help eliminate barriers in learning.
